A Week of Gratitude 2018: Supreme Court Judges

As we near Thanksgiving and reflect on the past year there is much to be thankful for despite all the negativity and evil out there.  And even though Supreme Court Justice Gorsuch was nominated and confirmed in 2017 both his and Justice Kavanaugh’s appointments are something we should be very thankful for.

Our Constitution has been under attack like never before in the past few decades and has only ramped up since President Trump took office.  I think perhaps it’s easy to take for granted all that President Trump has accomplished despite the best efforts of the Democrats to stop him.  And so much early success has spurned us to hope and expect for more from him.  And while I can’t speak for anyone else, I distinctly remember going into the election of 2016 that even if nothing else is accomplished, Supreme Court nominations would be the most important thing to win in the presidential election.  This serves as something of a safeguard and the ultimate checks and balances of a government gone amok.  And with the possibility of a progressive party coming into control looking to change the entire outlook of the values and rights this country was founded on, this was not a trivial matter.

Thankfully, President Trump has delivered.  Justice Gorsuch replaced Justice Scalia, who died under very suspicious conditions.  The court at that time was in a very precarious position, 50/50 divided liberal/conservative.  One can make all the arguments one wants, but the Supreme Court is not supposed to be politically charged or motivated.  It’s one of the reasons why it’s a lifetime appointment; so they are not swayed by political pressures.  And while many want to interpret the Constitution as a living, breathing, document, Justice Gorsuch believes in interpreting the Constitution as our Founding Fathers wrote and hoped to interpret it, rather than bending the words to the day’s topic du jour to make it fit another meaning and enact new policy and change.  Legislation, one should recall, is not meant to be done by judges, much as the left wants that to be the case.  By securing Justice Gorsuch, only 51, he has secured a conservative seat on the bench for several decades.

Justice Kavanaugh, as everyone by now knows, went through quite an ordeal to be nominated and confirmed.  Justice Kavanaugh, 53 himself, replaced a retiring Justice Kennedy.  Justice Kennedy was widely thought to be the centrist Justice.  This being such an important replacement, one that could tip the scales one way or the other, the Democrats sunk to their usual lows, and perhaps lower than usual, to besmirch his good name.  As the saying goes, you know you’re over the target when you start taking flak.  As I’ve written about before, Justice Kennedy wasn’t keen to judge on cases involving gun control and the second amendment.  This often times left the matter in a precarious position with a less secure future.  This will not be the case with Justice Kavanaugh and the left knew it.  The mud slinging was unprecedented.  Unsubstantiated sexual allegations were coming from all sides, with Christine Ford as the centerpiece.  And while many posited the question “what possible benefit could she have for making this up?” I offer you Exhibit A.  Suffice to say, we should not be weeping for Christine.  This was such a hot issue and really raised an important question to our country: Do we still believe in the notion of innocent until proven guilty?  Shockingly, though perhaps we shouldn’t be shocked by this anymore, this was a country divided on this question.  Many on the left thought Kavanaugh should not be nominated despite the fact there was exactly ZERO evidence supporting her claims, and in fact several of the claims were proven to be outright false.

Thankfully, despite their best efforts, the Democrats failed in both cases and we now have two more conservative judges on the Supreme Court.  Something tells me Justice Kavanaugh will not soon forget how he was treated.  That’s something to consider going forward.  And unless the Democrats try to pack the courts, an idea not unfamiliar to the left, it appears the court is secured for a few more decades.  And with the possibility of filling at least one more seat, President Trump has left us in a good position.  This was the most important issue going into the election and he has delivered in spades.

Thanksgiving is a time for reflection and gratitude.  As we spend time with our families and loved ones this year, let us be thankful for what we have and what has been preserved.  But we cannot rest on our laurels and we certainly need to stop taking our liberties for granted.  We were thisclose to losing the Supreme Court to the most corrupt politician in American history.  And given how spineless most of the Republican party is, a majority in the Senate would not leave me with a good feeling that HRC wouldn’t have prevailed.  Even if she hadn’t, having the option to add several judges once a Democrat majority in the Senate came into fruition was a very real possibility.   Especially knowing how much they have stuffed the ballot boxes during the midterms.

A Week of Gratitude 2018: Trump v ISIS

All too often around the world, and here, we only hear about how bleak things are getting.  And that’s very important; we cannot sugarcoat the problem.  We’ve been doing that as a nation for decades now and the problems herein have festered.  But all negativity all the time can have detrimental effects.  In this week leading up to Thanksgiving we should also reflect on the things we are thankful for and the good that IS being done.  Today we reflect on President Trump’s handling of ISIS.

Remember ISIS?  You can almost make that joke now.  It wasn’t that long ago that terrorist attacks claimed by ISIS happened in the United States, France, and Germany on a monthly if not weekly basis.  The situation seemed bleak, almost inevitable.  Like we needed to accept it and couldn’t do anything about it.  “Part and parcel” of living in this new globalized world, perhaps.  Our then Commander in Chief at the time, Obama, didn’t offer much in the way of a positive long-term outlook either:

Barack Obama has dubbed the US-led campaign against the Islamic State a “generational struggle” as he underscored the need to not just defeat the terrorist group on the ground but also to “discredit their ideology”.

“This broader challenge of countering violent extremism is not simply a military effort,” Obama said in remarks from the Pentagon on Monday. “Ideologies are not defeated by guns. They’re defeated with better ideas – a more attractive and more compelling vision.

“This larger battle for hearts and minds is going to be a generational struggle,” he added. “It’s ultimately not going to be won or lost by the United States alone. It will be decided by the countries and communities that terrorists like Isil [an alternative acronym for Islamic State/Isis] target.”

Contrast that with President Trump:

WE have to get rid of ISIS, we have no choice.

No BS, no long timeline, no excuses.  President Trump, with General Mattis as his bulldog, has made rather quick work of the group that was once thought to be a “generational struggle”.  Rest assured, whether it’s ISIS, or whatever acronym they come up with next for whatever new cell pops up, President Trump will deal with them as swiftly.

Look at the above graph.  President Trump made about the same amount of progress, perhaps a little more, than Obama in his first year, though that first year took some time to get his Cabinet approved and things in order before he could really be said to be fully in control.  When he was, observe the change from 2017 to 2018.  Those who like to praise Obama and take credit away from Trump, whether it’s this, or the economy, are disingenuous and never heap blame on the man.  The fact that Obama allowed ISIS to become a thing to the extent that they did in the first place is never mentioned.  Promise made, promise kept, by President Trump.

Something that those paying attention may find interesting is that many of the problems we are told are impossible to solve, or will take generations, or are simply too complicated, really aren’t so.  Often times they want us to think they are this way so that we become accustomed to controlled struggle and hardship.  To live under the illusion that the government is doing all that they can when in reality they know what’s possible and are controlling what they give us and in what quantity they do so.  The struggle against ISIS is one great example.  Is it really so far-fetched to believe that having ISIS be around at all is something the government, or perhaps the CIA, wants to justify their budget and always increasing reach?  Or how about jobs.  Obama famously quipped that those factory jobs weren’t ever coming back.  They did.  Or that trade deals are so convoluted and complicated that they are impossible to renegotiate.  Or how about immigration?  We’re told that it’s an inevitability and that we just need to accept it as the way the world is in 2018.  This, perhaps more than any other, is the easiest to see what’s going on.  President Trump has tried to control the border now for 2+ years and the only thing holding him back are corrupt politicians and politically motivated judges.  The problem could already be solved, but they are going to more and more extreme measures to stop it because they don’t want it stopped.  Not because it’s impossible to stop.

But let’s be grateful for what has been done.  This barbaric terrorist group has largely been squelched.  The job isn’t done, but they hold a lot less territory and influence today than they did not so long ago.  The prospects seem a lot more positive now, and we have President Trump to thank for that.

More Mainstream Media Lies

The MSM actions of this past week may be the easiest example to show to people how the mainstream media manipulates and outright lies to further their agenda and why we do not trust them.  The video below is the perfect supplementary evidence you can provide as ammo to back up the point too.  Watch the initial encounter first.  Then watch the Paul Joseph Watson video, which InfoWars zoomed in at the point of contact to show the contact.  The media took this as doctoring the video and lambasted the White House for posting a “doctored” video from InfoWars and used this as a rallying cry of sorts.

Objectively speaking, Jim Acosta was being completely disrespectful, rude, and unreasonable.  He asked a question and President Trump answered it.  He allowed one question and wanted to give other reporters a chance to ask one too.  Jim continued to press a new question, interrupting, speaking over the President and other reporters, and knocked away the hand of the intern trying to take the mic away.

The White House then took away Jim Acosta’s hard pass, essentially for making contact with the intern.  Though he should’ve had his pass revoked for his childish behavior overall.  They then posted a video which was initially posted by InfoWars showing the incident and zooming in at the point of contact.  The mainstream media, disingenuous as we know they are, decried that this was a doctored video that misrepresented the actual encounter.  In reality, the video wasn’t doctored at all, but rather just a zoom in to show the contact to prove the White House was correct in their assessment.

This is why we hate the mainstream media.  Consider the facts, watch for yourself, see how they reacted, and judge accordingly.  The video was not doctored.  Doctoring is changing or obscuring a video with the express purpose of misrepresenting what happened.  This does not do that.  If you play the videos side by side you can see they are the same exact speed (not sped up or slowed down to exaggerate contact) and the slight quality difference is due to compression of the video.  That’s it.  Notice how rather than chastise their own reporter, who was completely out of line, they try and put this on the President as if he is suppressing the press.  To drive a narrative.  And to wind up the crazies on the left who look for anything and everything to be mad at President Trump, whether it’s based in reality or pure fiction.  If this isn’t clear cut proof to show how purposefully deceptive they are, how they peddle lies to drive their narrative, then I don’t know what is.  Use this to show why we do not trust them.  They simply do not, it seems cannot, objectively report events anymore.  Everything they put out is through a lens to drive their agenda.  And then they beam out this message to their NPCs who chirp the message to the NPC masses.  Pull in the late night hosts to spread the lie too.  Disgusting.

A Heartfelt Thanks and Apology

Today marks the 100th anniversary of the signing of the armistice that ended World War I.  We now recognize this as Veteran’s Day and extend it to all who have served in our armed forces.

America would not be what it is without these brave men. It is not an exaggeration to say the world could very realistically have been overrun by far left political ideologies, whether it was Communism or National Socialism, without the aid of the United States.  The victory of World War II may arguably be the height of American exceptionalism.  Or one could argue perhaps our greatest height was when we put a man on the moon.  All a distant dream without the bravery and sacrifice of millions of men.  You can forget about the technological boom and the Internet age as well.  For this we are eternally grateful.

It feels as though an apology is in order as well.  The hard work, toil, and sacrifices of these men and of our ancestors has put us in a position never seen before in human history.  We have access to previously unimaginable wealth and opportunity.  But with this great potential comes great responsibility, and potential downfall.  It can be too easy to become complacent.  Lazy.  Unappreciative.  Forgetful.  What have we done with the opportunity our ancestors have left for us?  Would they be proud to see how our country has turned out?  What we’ve done with it?  What they died to protect?

One could make a very good argument that they would not be happy to see how it all turned out.  What good is it to defend your country against potential invasion only to allow them to invade in another manner just one or two generations later with nary a fight?  Or to allow the Constitution and the law to be so obfuscated that the original intent from the Founding Fathers is now completely up for reinterpretation?  Or what about rewriting history entirely?  Or to pretend this wasn’t a nation founded by God fearing men.

No.  Today we take their sacrifices for granted.  We’ve become far too comfortable.  Comfortable to the point that we forget why armies and the threat of force are needed.  So comfortable that in fact we even vilify these brave men and now women who are willing to fight and die for our freedoms.  Even worse, some now even question what American exceptionalism is, and rather than fight for ideals such as free speech many think they know better and try to police it.  We even look back at some of our greatest leaders and call them bigots, racist, evil.  Statues are torn down.  History is simply erased and forgotten, and the lessons that go along with it too.

The only way we will survive as a nation is if we start to fight back.  We’ve tried acceptance of any and all ideas.  Of multiculturalism instead of assimilation.  It doesn’t work.  They cry for tolerance and acceptance, and when we give it to them they turn it on us and try to vilify us.  Or shame us into thinking we shouldn’t be proud of our ancestry or our country.  These evil forces need to be squelched out and stopped completely.  Total victory, not tolerance, appears to be the only way to stem the tide.  We’ve practiced appeasement rather than deterrence in the cultural war for far too long.  It hasn’t worked.  Victor Davis Hanson wrote a great piece recently on the anniversary and had this to say which I think fits in nicely:

Keeping the peace is sometimes even more difficult than winning a war.

For an enemy to accept defeat, it must be forced to understand why it lost, suffer the consequences of its aggressions—and only then be shown magnanimity and given help to rebuild.

Losers of a war cannot pick and choose when to quit fighting in enemy territory.

Had the Allies continued their offensives in the fall of 1918 and invaded Germany, the peace that followed might have more closely resembled the unconditional surrender and agreements that ended WWII, leading to far more than just 20 years of subsequent European calm.

Deterrence prevents war.

If we continue to begrudgingly accept these toxic ideologies and ideas coming from the left, rather than fight hard and hit hard back against them, the end result will turn out much worse than the comparably minimal pain of stopping it in its tracks right away.  It’s much harder to deport somebody once they’ve embedded themselves into this country than turn them away at the border.  Or to put a hard foot down on the atrocities they try to put into children’s programming, or how they try to program our children in school.  Obamacare became much harder to stop once it was written into law.

There can be no more compromise.  The left has shown their true colors far too often for us to be fooled by it anymore.  We have to push back and give no quarter.  Now is our best shot.  We have a man in office more willing than perhaps any president of the past 100+ years to take a stand and also be big enough to be able to withstand the pressure the mainstream media and swamp throw at him.  He cannot do it alone.  Nor should he have to.  Let us do our part to make our ancestors proud, and to leave future generations better off and with a shot at the American dream as it was once imagined.  What an utter shame it would be to throw it all away in the name of multiculturalism, or virtue signaling, or whatever other guilt they try to foist on us.

Mid term thoughts, election meddling

Now that the dust has (mostly) settled it’s time to parse out the results.  Obviously the blue wave didn’t happen.  But conservatives saying the GOP flat out won are disingenuous too.  Bill Whittle maybe put it best calling it a tie, but because of the direction President Trump was taking the country, and the fact that they preserved the Senate to get through more judicial nominations, that tie goes to us as a win.

The Dems took about the average number of seats that normally swing in a mid-term year with a new president.  They actually lost seats in the Senate which strengthens President Trump’s position and now gives him a little cushion should he nominate another Supreme Court justice, which is very possible after Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg fell and broke 3 ribs this week.  At 85, already having survived colon and pancreatic cancer, perhaps this is a sign of enough decline to step down, depending on what caused the fall.

Of course the Democrats will not accept legal election results if not in their favor, so they’re fighting this tooth and nail, and surprisingly, out of the blue, a mystery truck showed up with more votes in Florida.  You can guess who they helped.  Similarly, in Arizona, two days after the election, miraculously the Democratic candidate has now taken the lead.  Of course, the RNC is already suing for the election process in Arizona.  It must just be an act of God that every time there is a recount there always miraculously appears to be more votes for the Democratic candidate.

I don’t think this will be the end to the voter fraud and investigations.  It is rampant.  Add the Georgia race in there and this is just three examples of Republicans having to fight tooth and nail for having won fairly but, but perhaps not with enough margin to overcome the left meddling.  Think about how disgusting that is.  And who knows how many other close races in the House actually maybe went Republican but with meddling skewed blue.  You won’t hear about those.

It should tell you all you need to know about the Democrats and their policies when they have to purposely obfuscate the truth or outright cheat to win.  They cannot win the war of ideas.  It’s the same reason why they pushing open borders so hard.  They cannot win without low IQ voters from third world countries that will ALWAYS vote for bigger government.   Or why they continually try and redistrict states, which is one of the reasons that make governor races so important.  Take a look at their gains from redistricting Pennsylvania.

We’re at a very dangerous crossroads in our country.  The rule of law is not being upheld.  And the guilty parties are not being punished.  Without punishment, illegal activity will only continue to skyrocket.  Jeff Sessions was thankfully finally fired.  We need someone in there that will actually respect the rule of law and mete out appropriate punishments for the guilty parties.  This current course cannot continue.  When the rule of law is not upheld you’re one step closer to outright anarchy and mayhem.

Migrants from caravan suing President Trump…yes really

They’re the gift that keeps on giving.  Twelve migrants, half of them children, are suing President Trump, the department of Homeland Security, and others for allegedly violating their constitutional rights.  You read that correctly.  Did you know that invaders migrants from other countries that aren’t even on our soil, nor have ever been on our soil, can sue us for their (US) constitutional rights?  I was kind of under the impression our Constitution was for us and our country.  Silly me.  Via Fox News:

Twelve Honduran nationals, including six children, are listed as plaintiffs in the lawsuit. The suit, which was filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., said it is widely known that Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador are “undergoing a well-documented human rights crisis.” The lawsuit also claims that the plaintiffs’ right to the Administrative Procedures Act and the Declaratory Judgement Act were being infringed upon.

The Central American migrant caravan now numbers approximately 4,000 people, down from a high of 7,200.

The lawsuit points to Trump’s claim that he will prevent the caravan from entering the U.S. It claims that the president cannot stop asylum-seekers by employing the military — when they have a fair claim. The suit criticized the president’s alleged attempt at stoking “fear and hysteria” by claiming that criminals and gang members have joined the caravan.

The suit cited a Trump interview with Fox News’ Laura Ingraham, where the president laid out plans to build tent cities to house migrants. The suit questioned the functionality of such a project, and asked if these living quarters would qualify under the Flores Agreement of 1997. The agreement protects asylum-seekers’ rights and limits how long minors can be held.

So at what point is it okay to declare one an invader rather than a “refugee” seeking asylum?  When can we actually defend our border?  If we’re not even allowed to stop anyone before they get into our country and they can sue us to claim they belong here and there’s nothing we can do about it, how is it even possible to defend our border?

This lawsuit is obviously BS.  International law dictates that if you declare yourself a refugee you are to seek asylum at the first country you enter into away from the homeland you claim is violating your human rights.  That country would have been Mexico.  Mexico offered asylum and they said no.  This SHOULD be an open and closed case.  But I’m sure it will not be.  Somebody will obstruct.  No doubt the end goal will be to delay long enough, I believe it’s 20 days now(?), before we are legally obligated to release them.  It is a total sham.

It’s interesting how this alleged poor group of migrants is able to round up a lawyer during their sojourn to America to sue before they even get there.  It’s almost like they’re having outside help or something.  Oh what’s this?  A staffer working for Beto O’Rourke was caught on tape admitting they used campaign money to fund the migrant caravan?  Nice work Beto.  That’s really showing your undying commitment and putting your constituents in Texas first.

Never forget this entire sham and coordinated invasion is entirely being funded by far left groups and being manipulated by politicians.  They do not care about these people.  All they want is their votes.  Third world populations overwhelmingly vote Democrat.

Trump to sign executive order ending birthright citizenship for illegals

YES!!!

That’s all that needs to be said.  This is a monumental step forward in an immigration debate that has stalled and sputtered for decades.  Via Fox News:

President Trump said in a newly released interview he plans to sign an executive order ending so-called “birthright citizenship” for babies of non-citizens born on U.S. soil — a move that would mark a major overhaul of immigration policy and trigger an almost-certain legal battle.

Birthright citizenship allows any baby born on U.S. soil to automatically be a U.S. citizen.

The policy, which stems from a disputed but long-recognized interpretation of the 14th Amendment, has given rise to what Trump considers abuse of the immigration system. Trump told “Axios on HBO” that the U.S. is the only country in the world “where a person comes in and has a baby, and the baby is essentially a citizen of the United States … with all of those benefits.”

Despite Trump’s claim, the U.S. is not the only nation to have birthright citizenship, but the policy is rare outside of the Americas. Trump called birthright citizenship “ridiculous” and said that “it has to end.”

Under current policy, anyone born in the U.S. – regardless of whether they are delivered by a non-citizen or undocumented immigrant – is considered a citizen. The interpretation has been blamed for so-called ‘birth tourism’ and chain migration.

The 14th Amendment states: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

Trump, should he pursue the executive order, would face court challenges, and it remains unclear whether he could prevail. Many legal scholars would argue such a change requires a constitutional amendment. But some conservatives argue the existing amendment holds room for interpretation.

Take a look at this article I wrote a few months back regarding the interpretation of the 14th amendment for more insight.  The debate portion of this is that the 14th amendment does not explicitly say one way or the other whether it should be legal for non-citizens (or invaders) and there was historical precedence which would suggest illegals were NOT included in it.  As you would of course hope and expect, but sadly that has not been the case historically here.  Those against Trump’s executive order will say he cannot put an EO on something that isn’t technically law in this direction either.

Regardless if one thinks he can or cannot this will force the issue to make longstanding change to a broken immigration policy.  I’ve posted a video from Styxhexenhammer down below that expounds on this nicely.  In order to have a functioning country we need to be a nation of laws.  Laws that are upheld and followed.  Birth tourism, where people from other countries vacation here with the specific intent of having a baby here who is then a citizen and can then be used to gain citizenship themselves, is a huge industry.  Do we really think that people intent on breaking our laws from the beginning, literally from birth, will make upstanding citizens in the long term?  Seriously?

Of course not.  This should discourage a multitude of wannabe pseudo-Americans to try in the first place, which is a huge first step in stopping the problem.  Couple this with a wall, ending chain migration in general, and slowing down legal immigration to a trickle will all greatly improve the lives of AMERICAN citizens.  The people who, you know, should be the main priority of every politician running for office here in AMERICA.

Bravo to President Trump, yet again, for standing up against the mob and bully tactics of the mainstream media.  Politicians have caved for far too long to sad images of children on TV or the moral “outrage” from hysterical leftists.  It takes a real leader to ignore the noise, ignore the hysteria, and do what’s right, even if it paints a bigger target on his back.

Recognize the signs

Given what we know especially in the last 3+ years since then candidate Trump announced his bid to run for president, the recent flurry of events shouldn’t come as a surprise.  Within the past two weeks we’ve had yet another massive migrant caravan making its way to our southern border.  Now, bomb threats have popped up around many of the left’s leaders.

The problem the Cabal has at this point is it has had to use its tricks far more frequently now than ever before.  A decade ago the lay person would never even notice.  Now, with the constant attacks always coming seemingly around a major event, one can almost predict when they will happen.

Take the migrant caravan.  Look at how well organized this thing is.  Via Judicial Watch:

During an afternoon interview at the National Palace, President Morales said that Guatemala has absorbed the huge cost of mobilizing police and military to return thousands of people to Honduras. He would like the United States to help him find the organizers of the caravan so they can face legal consequences. “Mass immigration like this endangers lives,” Morales said. “This is unprecedented. We are in the process of investigating who is behind the caravan.” Morales assures that Guatemala is doing everything possible to curb illegal immigration and asked for cooperation from the United States.

It has been a delicate and complicated task, Guatemalan officials say, because the caravan is a very organized movement that has been well orchestrated. There are rest points along the route with food, water and shelter for the migrants as well as medical care in some areas. “It’s very strategic and extremely organized,” a Guatemalan government source told Judicial Watch. “It is very complex, not a simple march. There is nothing spontaneous about it.” During a visit to the Guatemalan-Honduran border this week Judicial Watch interviewed multiple migrants who repeated the same rehearsed line when asked who organized the caravan, insisting it was a spontaneous event even though there were clearly organizers shouting instructions in Spanish and putting select persons in front of cameras for interviews. All of them said the caravan was not about politics but rather poverty.

Guatemalan officials disagree, estimating that the caravan is a movement of radicalized forces to destabilize Central American countries. Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández, a conservative, echoes that assessment. In a local newspaper report published last week Hernández asserted that leftist interests seeking to destabilize the country are manipulating migrants. Women and children are being used without regard to the risks to their lives, Hernández said. “The irregular mobilization was organized for political reasons to negatively affect the governance and image of Honduras and to destabilize the peace of neighboring countries,” the president said, adding that many have returned to the country after realizing they’ve been fooled.

Logistically speaking this should be obvious but it’s not to the NPCs who parrot whatever their masters tell them to.  The route is already established.  There’s places to camp and get food along the way.  This isn’t a spontaneously organized gathering of people from disparate villages who all decided at the same time to do this.  It’s clearly politically motivated.  And what event could be coming up soon that they may want to spark conflict, outrage, and division.  Hmmmm.

And these mysterious bomb threats.  This one seems even more transparent.  If this person really hated the Democrats so much, would s/he really think the best way to help his/her side would be to mail bombs to prominent members right before the mid-term elections?  Would s/he really think that these prominent people even check their own mail?  And now that it’s been shown the bombs were fake, what possible upside could s/he have seen for his or her side, if they had really been a whacko right wing nut?  No.  It would shock me if it wasn’t discovered that this was a deliberate false flag set up by the Cabal to try and make the right look bad.  OBVIOUSLY.  And right, this person really thought that they could hand deliver to Soros’ Eyes Wide Shut style house and assume that dude walks down to his mailbox to get his mail.

It’s too easy to see through these obvious false flags.  The goal was to create a narrative of violence on the right knowing full well these targets in question had zero chance of having any actual harm done to them.

The Cabal’s dirty tactics become more noticeable because the pattern is repeating itself at much more regular intervals.  They are not spaced out enough for the general public to forget about them now.  This is a sign of their desperation.  They know their control is slipping.  When a prominent candidate is running that they think they can shake with bully tactics they’ll round up a dozen women who were allegedly sexually abused by him.  Some of the more prominent shootings that have occurred over the past few years have happened with rather suspicious timing.  The news cycle that was generated from the last migrant caravan.  Or remember the time the left got caught trying to pin election violence on the right at Trump’s rallies?

It’s becoming easier to recognize this stuff a lot sooner after it comes out.  But we cannot sit back or rest just knowing that it’s a distraction from what is actually going on.  Spread the word.  Let those who may not be as in tune with it know that it’s to cause fear and division.  To drum up the left to vote and win the midterms.  We cannot let this happen.  We’ve seen how dirty they are willing to play.  And it’s our own faults if now, knowing how they operate and what they’re capable of, we let them do it anyway.

Mob Rule

Describing the feral left as a mob has been trending hard over the last week, and with good reason.  While most of the left contracted Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) 2-3 years ago it has moved into a more worrying stage the past few months.  Throughout the election cycle and all of Trump’s presidency the left has been violent.  Far more violent than the right.  As I mentioned recently the leaders of the left have even begun to call for mob rule and violence.  And their calls are coming to fruition.

This clip below surfaced from Portland, Oregon over the weekend.  They are trying to direct traffic and claim that it’s their first amendment right to do so.  I know you’re looking for a logical explanation of their thinking here but I cannot provide that.

These are disgusting people both inside and out.  The democratic party has shamelessly weaponized and mobilized these cretins and it’s going to blow up in their faces.  They’ve lost control.  And I think they realize it.  You can only try and group up so many disparate races, religions, and political ideologies before the obvious differences between them erupt into in-fighting and outward violence as well.  A large portion of their constituency has gone too far.  The leaders know they cannot win on a platform of abolishing ICE.  They know the childish behavior at the Kavanaugh hearings doesn’t look good.  But when you’ve encouraged this sort of behavior for so long it is hard to turn it off like a light switch.  Especially when the people you are weaponizing are heavily medicated and mentally unstable.

But no matter.  The Democratic leaders, mostly white, have created a monster that will eventually vote them all out of office anyways.  We’ve seen this in New York with Alexandria Octavio-Cortez and even stalwarts like Diane Feinstein face serious opposition from Kevin de León (born Kevin Alexander Leon but that doesn’t sound foreign enough to garner the minority vote).  The tricky balance is allowing the Democratic party to devour itself while minimizing the collateral damage to the rest of the country.  Thankfully, we have the only possible Commander in Chief strong enough and prepared enough to deal with it.

Planned Parenthood looking for new judicial nominations director

It looks like Planned Parenthood is looking for a new judicial nominations director.  What does that entail, you ask?  For those interested in applying:

Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) seeks a dynamic and effective Director, Judicial Nominations who will report to the National Director of Legislative Affairs in the Office of the Vice President of Policy and Government Relations. The Director will be responsible for the development and execution of all related campaigns’ priorities and goals, the facilitation of internal cross-departmental alignment, the execution of all program components by both Government Relations staff and other PPFA teams, and the reporting process to internal and external PPFA audiences. The Director will also oversee the formulation and execution of critical programmatic work and be responsible for executing a strategic, intense campaign that educates members of the Senate on the harmful records of nominees, elevates for Planned Parenthood supporters and affiliates what is at stake for reproductive health and rights.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute year-long national and state advocacy plans focused on high impact, high priority judicial nominations in the lower courts.
  • Work closely with the National Director of Legislative Affairs, consultants, and team members to create a clear path for defeat and delay of targeted nominations.
  • Direct day-to-day work of key cross-team campaigns, including leading regular meetings with key staff and consultants, facilitating ally engagement, working with targeted states and affiliates, ensuring resource production, and capturing successes and lessons learned.
  • Ensure productive collaboration and broad integration between Government Relations, Organizing & Electoral Campaigns, Communications, Litigation & Law and other key PPFA departments and divisions.
  • Identify new areas of partnership on initiatives that will help further Federation-wide priorities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute in-state 360 campaigns that hold Senators accountable for appointing judges that value and protect access to abortion.
  • Drive high-visibility efforts like phone calls, media, letter-writing campaigns, grassroots actions, storytelling, engaging grasstop influencers, etc.
  • Lead in-depth research in consultation with Litigation & Law including review and analysis of nominee’s case law and writings; interrogation of nominee’s personal and professional beliefs, associations, and memberships; as well as general opposition research in order to identify each nominee’s vulnerabilities and be able to drive a cohesive national narrative that informs in-state target Senator campaigns.
  • Create grassroots strategies that build movement and leverage the Planned Parenthood base to link the importance of judicial nomination fights to the security of the issues we value.
  • Develop tactics that tie harmful nominees to cross-movement issues, to the overall Trump agenda, and to the consequences of lifetime appointments of extremist judges to the future of progressive rights.
  • Maintain circuit court nominations tracker including the development of fact sheet and reference materials.
  • Develop a scoring mechanism to rate harmful nominations and draft public-facing oppositions.

So the Supreme Court nomination decision didn’t go their way and now they want to hire somebody new to lobby for judges that will decide in their favor.  As a friendly reminder, we as taxpayers give Planned Parenthood on average $500 million dollars a year, which is spent on who knows what.  Remind me again how it’s legal that a company that receives tax payer money can lobby like this?  Aren’t these supposed to be apolitical organizations?  We get zero choice in whether we give money to a company caught selling aborted baby parts for profit.  And now we get no choice in giving them money even though they very clearly have a political agenda.

Thank God Brett Kavanaugh was nominated.  He was the crucial Kennedy swing vote replacement in the conservative/liberal Supreme Court breakdown.  Hopefully President Trump can get in at least one more with Ginsberg shuffling off this mortal coil soon.  Make no mistake about this, the Supreme Court nominations were probably the single most important issue during the presidential election.  It shapes the country for decades.  President Trump, at least temporarily, has stemmed that tide.  It’s why they pushed so hard during this nomination process.  The Constitution is being attacked more now than ever.  Imagine what of it would be left if Hillary Clinton had been given the opportunity to nominate two Supreme Court judges.  The second amendment could’ve been abolished entirely in her first term, and that is hardly an exaggeration.
